Yardi Bill Pay and Mastercard

Yardi Voyager now has AP paperless vendor payments using Mastercard through its Bill Pay Service. Yardi teamed up with Mastercard in order to give distributors faster payments and reconciliation tools to ensure seamless electronic transactions for all parties. All that is required from the end user is to initiate the payment in Voyager and Yardi Bill Pay then completes the transaction.

Yardi has developed and released a new module for co-working and shared space operators called Yardi Cube. This is Yardi’s latest addition to the Voyager product line that addresses the growing market space for shared workspace environment.

•    Easy-to-use owner portal: Allow owners to securely download selected reports, property documentation, and other items at anytime from anywhere.
•    Extended owner reports: Choose the reports your owners need and send via mail or email. You can also publish them on the web through the owner portal.

This week Yardi Systems announced its acquisition of Optimus EMR based out of Irvine California.  The acquisition marks Yardi’s entry into the EMR realm.

Voyager logoSince Yardi launched its latest version of Voyager™ over a year ago, it has either upgraded existing users or deployed new installations at a number approaching 2,000. Although Voyager™ has always been web native, 7S represents a transition for Yardi. Yardi has gone from being primarily an application service provider and shifting its focus to Software as a Service model—i.e., SaaS, hence, Voyager 7S™.

Affordable ImageThis year Yardi applied new HUD regulations to the affordable module. These new features were first presented at Yardi's Spring conference in DC. New affordable provisions were annoucned in 2012, however, the incorporation of the new guidelines had been delayed due to the final review process being condutced by the Office of Management and Budget.
