We are so pleased with the installation of our Shoretel system.  The phones work great and James was able to customize the system to suit our somewhat unusual need of combine live person answering and automation.  Both the phones and the software are user friendly and required little training.  James also has done an excellent job of rescuing me as an administrator when I can't instantly think of how to make a change to the system.

I also appreciate their explaining things to me in layman’s terms, not tech speak (of which I am not fluent).

I just wish all our other IT sources (web hosting, and web developer) would be has helpful as you team has. Chris has been my translator and has offered to speak with them on my behalf many times, and for that I am also very grateful.
