Since our bank told us we need to become PCI compliant, we found lots of holes and “open doors” on our servers, hosting, website etc. Chris closed up them and Tim has helped with the all the other annoying daily problems we have had, and they both do it with a smile and a reassuring, calming tone which has really helped me get through these very confusing and frustrating issues. I also appreciate their explaining things to me in layman’s terms, not tech speak (of which I am not fluent).
I just wish all our other IT sources (web hosting, and web developer) would be has helpful as you team has. Chris has been my translator and has offered to speak with them on my behalf many times, and for that I am also very grateful. |
